Fulfillment Policy

1. Overview

ScalerAdigital is committed to providing high-quality digital products to our customers. This Fulfillment Policy explains how orders are processed, delivered, and supported. Our mission is to ensure a smooth, transparent experience that complies with industry standards and Stripe’s terms of service.


2. Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered digitally and instantly upon successful payment. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Notion templates
  • Google Sheets tools
  • Digital bundles (PDF, ZIP, or download links)
  • Online toolkits and growth resources

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive:

  • An on-screen confirmation
  • An email receipt
  • A secure download link or access instructions via email

If your product has not been delivered within 15 minutes, please contact us immediately at support@scaleradigital.com with your order number.


3. Order Confirmation

Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Product details
  • Payment summary
  • Download link(s) or access instructions

If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.


4. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

In rare cases of delivery failure (e.g., email issues or technical delays), we will manually re-send your product within 12 hours of order confirmation. If the issue persists, we will provide an alternative secure method (e.g., direct file delivery or a temporary access link).


5. Refund Eligibility

Our digital products are backed by a 14-day refund policy. Refunds are only granted if:

  • You did not receive the product within 24 hours (and support confirmation was made).
  • The product is proven to be defective or incomplete.
  • A duplicate purchase was made in error.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incompatibility with tools not mentioned in the product description
  • Claims made after significant use or download of the material
